Students
Go to Browse Internships in your student dashboard. Use the filters to narrow by industry, location, or type. Click Details on any listing to read the full description, then click Apply. You'll be prompted to upload your CV and write a short cover letter before submitting.
We strongly recommend using your university email (e.g.
@mycput.ac.za, @wits.ac.za) as it verifies your student status with partner companies. However, you can register with any valid email — your applications may simply get additional review.
From your student dashboard, go to My Applications. Each application card shows its current status: Submitted, Under Review, Interview Scheduled, Offer Made, or Closed. You'll also receive email notifications when your status changes.
Go to your Profile page (click your avatar → Profile). Scroll to the Documents section and click Upload CV. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX (max 5 MB). Your latest uploaded CV is used by default when you apply, but you can choose a different version during the application.
Companies
Our admin team reviews company registrations within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email once your account is approved and you can start posting internships. If you haven't heard back after 3 business days, please contact support below.
Once your account is approved, go to your company dashboard and click "Post New Internship". The guided 4-step form walks you through: basic info, role details, requirements, and a final review. Your listing goes live immediately after submission.
From your company dashboard, click Applications in the side menu. You can filter by listing or status, view each applicant's CV and cover letter, schedule interviews, and update their status (Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, Rejected).

- Parameterised API calls — all data is sent to Clerk's API, never interpolated into SQL or HTML on the client.
